Dragons and Damsels of the Alleghenies

Please join entomologist Lane Loya of Saint Francis Univeristy for a slideshow presentation about the dragonflies and damselflies native to the Allegheny Mountains of PA.  Photographs of these mysterious yet beautiful insects will be presented while their remarkable bahavior, tremendous ecological importance and surprising local diversity is discussed.  Attendees will have the opportunity to ask any questions they have about these unique predators of PA's wetlands.  This program will be held in the amphitheater.
