The Service of Lessons & Carols

The Grand Halle presents the annual Service of Lessons and Carols, featuring organist Emily Roy, the Greater Johnstown Community Chorus, the Glory Ringers handbell choir, traditional Christmas carols and nine portions of the Scripture that foretell the coming of the Messiah. Modeled upon the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols of Kings College, Cambridge, broadcast annually on Christmas Eve by National Public Radio.
