Animals leave a variety of clues behind—things like tracks, scat, scrapes, and sounds. Knowing how to read these signs can tell you a lot, like what animal species have passed through, whose territory you’re in, or if predators could be nearby. Come along on this walk as we search for and examine some animal signs and find out what they can tell you about your natural surroundings. This walk on Deer and Forest Trails is approximately one mile in length over easy terrain. Meet at the Point Trailhead parking lot.
