The Community Arts Center's Holi-Festival of Colors includes: Parade of Colors & Confetti Throwing, Indian & American National Anthems, Flavors of India & History of Holi, & Bollywood & Bharatanatyam Dancers.
Menu:
- Appetizers: Samosas, Pakoras (vegetable fritters) and Lemon Chicken with Chutney (dipping sauces)
- Main Course: Chicken Tikka Masala, Palak Paneer, Bhindi & Eggplant, Chole, Raita, Rice, Garlic & Plain Naan Bread
