Richard Burkert has worked with the story of the 1889 Johnstown flood for 42 years. On Monday, May 24, in this new, virtual presentation, he’ll share insights, new research, and many recently digitized images of the disaster that have never been shared before. The 45-minute illustrated presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session. Although this is a virtual event, the Zoom audience will be limited to 100 participants — we’ll also stream it live over our Facebook Page.
