The Annual Chernisky Classic 5K Run/Walk & 10K Run is a family-friendly event that includes an out-and-back 5K and 10K course on the nationally recognized Ghost Town Trail, as well as a free Firecracker Race for kids 8 and under. The event always takes place the Saturday after the fourth of July. Firetrucks and firefighters will be at the event to greet and interact with kids.
