Heroes’ Walk at Flight 93

Participants will begin at the Plaza and follow the Trail of Remembrance, continuing to the Western Overlook. Along the route, attendees will experience a special program commemorating the Memorial’s first ambassadors and highlighting the interpretive program visitors experienced 24 years ago. The event will conclude with a dedication ceremony for the Trail of Remembrance extension. Held on National Public Lands Day, Heroes’ Walk brings together families, friends, businesses, and community members to honor the courage and sacrifice of the 40 passengers and crew members of Flight 93 while supporting the mission of Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial.
