Join us for the 28th annual Johnstown PolkaFest, presented by Visit Johnstown! We’re proud to present some of the country’s best bands with three days of non-stop entertainment. PolkaFest reflects the rich ethnic heritage of our area that’s been passed down through generations. Polkas were a staple of Western PA wedding receptions, along with the delicious foods like pierogi, halushki, and halupki, and the famous cookie table! PolkaFest was founded by Polish Bill and Deb Marano whose dream was to “keep Polka music alive”. Bill always said, “Polka music is happy music!” We hope that PolkaFest will bring a smile to your face and put a hop in your step!
PolkaFest’s daily admission is $5 on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday is Free. Minors accompanied by an adult are free.
PolkaFest is always the first weekend after Memorial Day. It attracts an estimated 10,000 people from multiple states and the region throughout the weekend, generating visitor spending throughout the community.
