
Located in historic downtown Johnstown, the Pasquerilla Conference Center is the region’s special event destination. This venue can handle meetings big and small! The conference center has 9 meeting rooms accommodating up to 1,100 guests.

The 1ST SUMMIT ARENA @ Cambria County War Memorial, managed by ASM Global, first opened its doors in October of 1950, since then it has hosted several different events of various types of shows. Currently, the arena is home to the Johnstown Tomahawks.

The North Central Recreation Center serves as a the premiere public ice facility of Cambria County, serving the community since 2004. NCRC is conveniently located just off of Route 422, accessible from Route 219 and Route 22. With its central location, NCRC is a short drive from the surrounding areas of Johnstown, Altoona, and Indiana.

On May 31, 1889, a neglected dam and a phenomenal storm led to a catastrophe in which 2,209 people died. It’s a story of great tragedy, but also of triumphant recovery. Visit the Johnstown Flood Museum, which is operated by the Johnstown Area Heritage Association, to find out more about this shocking episode in American history.

Hickory Hollow Campground is located in southwestern Pennsylvania in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Somerset County. Our new facility offers full hookup, back-in, and pull-through sites. For the more traditional camper, tent sites are also available. Roxbury Park serves as the hub for all of the City’s summer recreation programs. Located on 29.3 acres of land in the Roxbury neighborhood the park offers a multitude of recreation opportunities. The park is the home of over 15 City sponsored sports leagues in addition to being used as a practice and game field for high school sports and various fund raising and charity events.

Powell Stackhouse Park provides hikers, nature lovers, families and naturalists access to more than 277 acres of pristine Western Pennsylvania habitat.


The Grand Ballroom is Windber's premier event venue and has been serving both Somerset and Cambria County since 1906. This venue is the perfect place to have a wedding reception, party, or conference with acommodations for 300 guests!
