Westmont Borough would like to invite everyone to decorate their bicycles in the spirit of the red, white, and blue and come out to participate in the parade. The parade will begin at 8:30 am and end at Grandview.
The Memorial Day Ceremony in Veteran’s Park will follow the parade at 10:30 a.m. In the case of inclement weather, the parade will not be held and the ceremony will take place inside at the Ebensburg Presbyterian Church, 200 North Center Street at 10:30 a.m.
The event is free and open to the general public. There will be a parade into the site, presenting of the colors, a bagpiper, chaplain, the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War and their Ladies Auxiliary - Mary Campbell Ladies #16, the American Legion post 294 Johnstown Ritual Team and Auxiliary and the…
