The Johnstown Mill Rats are part of the Prospect League, which is a summer college baseball league featuring top college players who are looking to improve their skills and to potentially play professional baseball. The League operates under NCAA rules, allowing the participants to maintain their NCAA eligibility.

This non-profit 2nd annual event is held for the community and to bring attention to the restoration of the Old Stone Jail. Currently there are 70+ vendors attending this event including but not limited to small businesses, organizations, and eateries. Not only are there vendors, but also celebrity guests.
