A presentation that traces the history of one of Cambria County's earliest black settlers. The event will be held at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College's Richland Campus. There will be a Zoom option for those out of the area who want to attend.
Puttapalooza features an 18‑hole mini‑golf course set throughout the Penn Highlands Community College Richland Campus to raise funds for the Supporting Scholars Fund.
