The Wolf and Wyvern Game and Hobby Shop – Downtown’s New Tabletop Gaming Paradise
The Wolf and Wyvern opened its doors in April and has big plans for the future! Located at 139 Clinton Street in downtown Johnstown, this storefront received a complete facelift and is now a hot spot for all forms of tabletop gaming and hobby exploration!
The store currently has a large selection of board games, collectible card games, Table Top Role-Playing Game books/accessories, miniatures/miniature paints, and much more on the way!
The back section of the store features several multi-use wargaming tables and a few regular tables for gamers to enjoy. The tables are available to use for a small fee of $5/hour. However, this fee can be waived if you become a member. A basic membership costs $20/month and gives you full access to the store’s tables, access to one of their private gaming rooms, and a 10% discount on all store merchandise!
Their overall aim is to provide an inclusive gaming space for beginners and novices alike. They also have plans to create a space that would give 24/7 access to their paying members.
