The public is invited to join the morning observance to reflect on the attack in New York City, Arlington and Shanksville. The observance includes the reading of the names of the Flight 93 passengers and crew members. The Bells of Remembrance will ring in their honor.

The ceremony is open to the public and includes remarks, keynote speakers, music and concludes with a public wreath laying ceremony at the Wall of Names.

Forty candle lanterns will be placed at the Wall of Names as a heartfelt tribute to the passengers and crew of Flight 93.
